My Yorkie Puppy Has Watery Eyes

My (almost) 4 month old Chihuahua has runny eyes. I'll wipe them off and my fingers will be really wet. Then like 10 mins. later I wipe again and they're all wet. It looks like clear fluid. Is she okay? Or sick? Please help. I just got her yesterday and the owner didn't seem very trusting. I really hope she is okay because I love her so much already.
