My Yellow Lab Puppy Is Out Of Control

okay i have a 7 month old yellow lab that is nuetered and hes driving me crazy and is making my parents upset and they are getting on my case. i take him to dog parks now and then and he is fine. he gets along well with other dogs and actually submits to them, he even has a dog friend at the corner house and he plays with sometimes. here is what my days consist of mon-sun.
