My Twelve Week Old Lab Puppy Is Crazy

*PLEASE READ ALL :)* I have a 12 week old puppy, I got him two days away from being 7 weeks, I didn't know they weren't supposed to leave their parent until 8 weeks, I tired to take him back to the breeder for a week but they would not answer my phone calls or emails. I'm saying that in case it has something to do with the problem. So pretty much all day my puppy bites me, my fingers, hands.
