My Shih Tzu is a male 13 1/2 week old. He bites all the time too. He's not trying to be mean, but he thinks it's cute and does it when he wants to play. My husband and I grab his mouth and say No firmly, but he still does it. He has a stubborn streak! We give him chew toys, bones, pig ears, other types of toys,etc. but none of it has worked yet.
