My Puppy Boxer Is Not Eating This Morning

My boxer is 2 years alimony and he is very playful, friendly and foodie. Now its been 2 weeks . He is not eating food properly and becoming week . We shown to vet . Doctor and they give some medicine and injection and also give glucose . Still he is not eating like normal . Sleeping a lot. No more active at all. Doctor say blood got dried. Pls.
