My Pitbull Puppy Has A Bump On Her Head

My chiwawaw terrier has a bump on her head not sure what it is been there for a few days now anyone have any advice. My pitbull is 4 months old first he lost his hairs in patches since 1 month none of the vets is able to rule out and treat the problem and now i have discovred that he is developing pimples near his neck ears and groins almost.
