My Lab Puppy Poops In Her Crate

My puppy always pooped twice a day due to her high puppy metabolism, and her excitability and all that. As an adult, she now only poops once a day. The lower quality kibbles have more filler and require you to feed more of it.

I’m at my wits end and my mum is very close to putting her up for adoption. my puppy gets very aggressive and will bite and attack if we try to pick her up at anytime to put her in her crate.
