My Lab Puppy Is Wound Up

My 7 month old yellow lab will not tolerate a leash, I have tried to leave leash on her but she chews it & will not walk on leash either will jump up & try to grab leash. Do you have any suggestions on how to train her to her leash. I would love to be able to walk her. This is my third lab and the first one I have not been able to use a leash . My puppy is 4 months old. He wake up 2-3 times a night. He wants to get up, go to the bathroom, eat, and get a drink. We lock him in our room with a gate and he just sits by the gate and whines, and crys. I try to ignore him, but I can't go back to sleep with him crying. I can't keep him outside, or he'll wake the neighbors up. What else can Ido to get him to stop, or how old are they when. My lab has been not acting right. Past 3 days gagging and has vomited once. Heavy panting and tryi g to squat and have a bm …..first stool was formed and the rest were liquids. He has no giddy up to him. Very u usual because he loves to run. He will be 12 in June 2017. We also noted limps under his belly the last month. When puppies are playing with their siblings, if a puppy gets wound up and bites too hard, the sibling will jump up and yelp. She may leave the game as if to say, “Don’t do that! That hurts!”

My puppy goes crazy sometimes too.
