We take him out every half hour, but sometimes he still goes inside and not outside.. I take my 3-month-old puppy in the garden every hour. She still comes back in to pee! She also won't pee when she is out for a walk.. My five year old dog pees on my cushions but not all the time. He has a dig flap and does use it.
